St. Cloud, MN – GeoComm recently added four talented and experienced team members to work with our software development teams. Recent additions included two Enterprise Architects; Tom Weitzel and Brian Rassier; one Business Systems Analyst Gina Cornelius; and a senior software developer Pat Blair.

Solutions Architects will collaborate with the team to determine future technology usage, design and architect new products along with supporting both new and existing solutions.  Weitzel has over 20 years of experience designing complex, web-enabled software programs for small and large enterprises.  His past technology and process related experience is immediately beneficial to the team. Rassier rejoins GeoComm where he formerly was a senior software developer.  His extensive knowledge of GeoComm’s current product architecture provides invaluable insights into how to best maintain our current products and also how to adopt our feature sets to new and emerging technologies and standards.

Cornelius has a broad and deep background across requirements management, change management, process rollout and project management.  She will apply those skills to the Business Systems Analyst role by managing software requirements, assisting the team in moving to a mature Agile development process and leading the technical product release process.

Blair has a true passion for 9-1-1 technology having been a software developer in the industry for just under 10 years.  His knowledge and understanding of customer workflows and willingness to take on any challenge makes Blair an excellent addition to the team.

These additions, as well as implementing process improvements and automation, have increased development
