Many have been following the story about the incident at a Goodyear plant in Topeka, Kansas that produced yet another attack on police and fanned the flames of social justice knuckleheads.

It has been a few weeks since George Floyd died in police custody, but it seems like an eternity.  What I have seen defies my eyes.

Courage is an essential element of leadership; without courage you will never be able to stand when everyone else is sitting.

Some of the best leaders I know or know of, don’t know it all but they aren’t afraid to surround themselves with people who do. 

I am a warrior and I have been in the trenches when the streets are bloody with thug gunfire.  I have battled the 300-pound man who left me bruised.

It is easy to work with someone you like.  Leading people isn’t about liking people but is about loving them. 

Leadership is lonely by its very nature.  Heck, if being liked made you a good leader, we would have tons of great leaders.

Developing the courage to lead means having the courage to know the real you.  It is only after being knowledgeable and comfortable with you, that you can lead others.  We need good leaders and we need you to fill that...
