The CD-Rom features a 100-slide PowerPoint presentation summarizing current active-shooter training, evaluating its effectiveness over the last 10 years. It also reviews what officers are likely to encounter as terrorists adopt active shooter-like tactics and lists dozens of ways agencies and individuals can prepare for terrorist events.
