Tukwila Police (WA) Officers and an Officer from Kent PD rescued a suicidal man from the top of a parking structure. Officers negotiated with the male for several hours. He proceeded to climb out onto the ledge of a parking structure where he attempted to jump. Officers were able to pull him to safety.
