The Safety Training Association Representing San Bernardino County (STARS) and the San Bernardino/Riverside Counties Terrorism Early Warning Group (TEWG) will hold the two-day Terrorism Early Warning Group Conference for first responders Aug. 30–31 in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. Conference speakers include Lieutenant Colonel Dave Grossman, a leading expert in human aggression and violence, Joe Ruffini, a nationally-recognized authority on counter-terror and information operations, and Joe Bierly, national director for Oracle’s Public Safety Group.
