The Denver Police Department is just one agency that is threatening disciplinary action up to termination if police officers do not get the COVID-19 vaccine. Our hearts are breaking for the good men and women behind the badge that are working in environments such as Denver and with additional mandates pending in other agencies, we thought it was time to give those men and women some advice.
While what we write will be labeled and targeted by some with a political agenda, let us be clear. COVID-19 and the medical decisions that accompany this virus is not political to us. COVID-19 has killed hundreds of law enforcement officers and we know all to well the dangers of this virus but we also know that information has been selectively given to the American public and we aren’t sure why. The American public deserves to know all of the information and then given the right to make their own decision about their health and any accompanying medical procedures.
Any medical decision including a vaccine is a personal decision and should never be mandated or forced.
We never thought we would be writing about what was once a basic right of American Freedom but we are. Treating every police officer as they are the same in regards to health is both short-sighted and potentially dangerous. For anyone that says that any vaccine is completely safe is either dumb or lying to you. There is no medical procedure completely safe and while death or serious side effects may be rare, it can happen.
While the Center for Disease Control has been all over the map about COVID, they acknowledged 12,313 deaths to the COVID-19 vaccine before changing their website to 6,207. We may never know the exact numbers but they exist and that is just one reason why medical decisions should be the decision of an individual and not any entity.
These dangers are exactly why the pharmaceutical companies have been granted immunity from lawsuits when it comes to vaccines and guess who granted them immunity?…..Your United States Government.
But law enforcement agencies have not been granted that immunity and if any law enforcement professional is forced to comply with any medical procedure against their will, we recommend that they document that with their agency and their family.
Here is an example: “I am being threatened with discipline up to termination if I fail to ——-. I am being forced to —— against my wishes and concern for my own health.”
While basic, it places the agency on notice that you are not “willingly” complying and thus, if something horrible occurs, you have documented proof of that sentiment at the time of occurrence.
We also recommend that a list of those officers being forced into a medical procedure be kept on file by an independent source or organization for years to come. Law enforcement continues to bury our finest from the after effects of various activities including 9/11 and meth labs and until we know more about the long term effects of this vaccine, we must protect those that were forced to take it.
Since we are talking about protecting law enforcement, we should also say that the COVID-19 vaccine may provide that protection for you but unlike tyrannical dictators like Denver Mayor Michael Hancock, we believe that is your decision to make.
We pray that the incoherent and insane mandates by cities like Denver don’t place law enforcement in more danger than they are already in and that danger may lurk for years. Simply said, no one really knows and if they tell you they do, they are lying to you. If you think that is some sort of conspiracy and FDA Approval makes all the bad things go away, you may want to read about Fen-Phen, Rofecoxib and Baycol just to name a few.
Sadly, the politicians and the leaders know all of this and the mandates will continue.
