A white man in the car then forced an off-duty deputy into the car against her will.
At about 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, the deputy escaped from the car in Lee’s Summit around Interstate 470 and NE Woods Chapel Road.
The car is described as a newer model Mazda four-door, or a similarly styled car of a different make and model. It was dark blue in color and appeared to have both front and rear license plates. It is not known what state the license plates are or what the license plate number is.
