NEW YORK — New video shows a gunman blast away at a Staten Island hair salon as people inside duck for cover Wednesday afternoon, wounding two victims.
The suspect clothed in all black can be seen in the video aiming his firearm into the Bousso African Hair Salon at 63 Victory Blvd. before firing several times through the front window of the business, New York Post reported.
According to the report, at least three women were getting their hair done when rounds started flying. One bullet grazed a 17-year-old girl’s head and another struck a 35-year-old woman in the buttocks, police said.
The people inside the business either ducked for cover or fled toward the back of the building during the gunfire.
A person who was with the suspect can be seen running away from the salon. After the barrage, the gunman follows, sprinting away while still holding the firearm in his right hand, the Post reported.
Police still seek the gunman who remained at large as of late Thursday.
