Muskogee (OK) police released video Thursday of an officer-involved shooting earlier this month. The shooting happened at 32nd and Broadway at about 8 a.m. on Aug. 7. The officer was identified as James Moore, and the suspect was identified as Sean Ellis.
Ellis remains in a local hospital.
