If you’ve attended the highly claimed seminar, “The Courageous Police Leader,” this will be nothing new but the first time I saw the closing section of the class, I was blown away.
The day was action packed, hard hitting and honest from Veteran Police Major Travis Yates. he has been on the front lines fighting for the profession for decades and he has the scars to show it but as he concluded this seminar, every officer in the room absorbed what he had to say in the final hour.
Yates told the audience that he had left the most important aspect of leadership to the end and after spending much of the hour on the dire need for law enforcement to reach into the community like we have never done before, he closed with one final segment.
