Matthew Luckhurst, the San Antonio police officer who was fired last year for providing a feces sandwich to a homeless man, was accused of a similar feces related incident in June 2016.
About a month after the incident with the sandwich, police say Luckhurst defecated in the women’s bathroom stall at SAPD’s Bike Patrol Office and spread a brown substance with the consistency of tapioca on the toilet seat, giving the appearance that there was feces on the seat.

Details on his firing have not been released but it is likely that both incidents were used to prove a pattern of behavior in the officer.
