Man Accused Of Beating Dog With Crowbar, Duct-Taping It To Vehicle

A Houston man has been charged with animal cruelty after police said he beat a dog with a crow bar.

The beating took place Sunday afternoon.

Police said the homeowner returned home to find Dwain Ray Riley beating the family dog.

The homeowner said that the dog was also duct-taped to a vehicle.

Riley is charged with animal cruelty.
