Police used tear gas to disperse a violent riot Tuesday that started as a result of police fatally shooting 43-year-old Keith Lamont Scott. 12 law enforcement officers were injured during the protest. Protesters shut down highway I-85 near UNC Charlotte, threw bricks and looted. Raw video shows a protester running over a police over with a car as the crowd cheers.
