The ACLU has filed suit against the city of St. Louis for “unlawful and unconstitutional” actions during the protests  and riots of the Stockley verdict.

We must foster understanding and trust.”

More than 100 people were arrested Sunday night.  Most of the charged were accused of failure to disperse.
