Deputies said Miller went inside his home and into a bedroom where he picked up swords while he was there, according to the incident report.
According to the report, Miller refused to put down the blades and told deputies that he would “not go back to prison” and wanted “suicide by cop.”
As negotiators tried to talk to Miller, one of deputies used a Taser and tried to restrain him. The report stated that the deputies had to use the Taser to get Miller to release the sword before they could place him in handcuffs.
