A former police academy and SWAT team commander, he earned his Ph.D. at Union University in Ohio, plus master's, bachelor's, and associate's degrees in Connecticut. Dr. Jetmore is the director of the criminal justice program at Middlesex College in Middletown, CT and a full-time faculty member.
