Lauren Houston is a passionate advocate for combatting poisonous internal culture within law enforcement. With over 8 years of experience in the St. Joseph, Missouri Department, Lauren recently resigned after enduring discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. Despite the immense mental toll, she remains determined to empower other females and victims of similar mistreatment. Lauren's mission is not only to combat poisonous internal cultures, but also address workplace injustice, and challenge the mental health stigma that continues to plague law enforcement. Through her advocacy work, she aims to create a safer and more inclusive environment for all officers.
