I don’t typically weigh in on politics, but the recent attacks on Oklahoma Senator Markwayne Mullin from our so called poltiical leaders are so ridiculous and defamatory, I couldn’t resist. While all of them are equally stupid and only a fool would believe them, one in particular should upset everyone.
The above photo and caption seem to be the propaganda of the day, and it’s such a lie that you should lose complete faith in anyone who says it.
First, you have to recognize the game these liars always play. Notice the cropped photo and the lie telling us Markwayne is hiding?
In law enforcement, we call that cover and concealment, but that’s not the actual story.
When January 6th occurred, Congress was in session, and they were all evacuated from the room (hence, the cropped photo). Then Congressman Mullin refused to leave and stayed behind to assist law enforcement in barricading the door.
We know today, there weren’t weapons behind the door, but those in that room did not know that at the time.
Courage vs. Cowardice
Those who left the room are not cowards. They do not bear the responsibility to stay and defend, and that is why the actions of Congressman Mullin should be applauded rather than used as propaganda for lies.
Jim McGovern likely knows this is a lie because the mainstream media praised Congressman Mullin’s actions at the time. That is a feat that most republicans never earn.

Senator Mullin doesn’t need me defending him, and there will be a ton of other attacks because politics has moved from helping the American people to a tribal blood sport where if someone is on the other team, they must be destroyed.
On a personal note, I live near Markwayne. I don’t know him, but I’ve seen him around town, and he’s always very friendly. I have a good friend who is close to him from the wrestling world, and the guy loves him. Where I’m from, that is all I need to know. My kids have a connection to Markwayne through his kids. Markwayne’s kids are good kids, and once again, where I’m from, that’s the measure of a man.
I don’t have to explain this to Representative Jim McGovern, but Oklahoma is not Massachusetts. We respect men who act like men, and one way to lose our respect is to do exactly what he and others are doing.
