Last week we told you about a potential debacle in the murder case involving suspect Bryan Kohberger. The FBI allegedly used an unauthorized DNA Database, which pointed investigators to Kohberger. Last week, the defense claimed that since the DNA was obtained illegally, nothing the investigators found after that could be admitted into court.
The judge has not yet ruled on that but this week, we learned about another potential problem in the case.
Kohberger’s attorneys claim that blood samples were recovered from the scene from two unknown males.
One sample was recovered in the home and another sample was recovered outside on a glove. The attorneys claim that neither of the samples belonged to Kohberger.
Kohberger is accused of murdering four college students at their off-campus home in Moscow, Idaho, on November 13, 2022.
No one knows how any of this could affect the case but it’s certainly not ideal for the prosecutors.
