Texas Deputy Saves Two Women from Submerged Car

He saw brake lights coming out of the water in Lake Ray Hubbard & sprang into action

ROCKWALL COUNTY (AOL.com) -- A Texas deputy in the right place at the right time saved the lives of two women after they accidentally drove their car into a Dallas-area lake.

Rockwall County Deputy Kevin Rowan happened upon the sinking car early Saturday morning while performing a routine check of local boat launches. He saw brake lights coming out of the water in Lake Ray Hubbard and sprang into action.
