Law Officer editor Dale Stockton interviews Dave Callister from the Arizona Dept. of Public Safety on his use of an automated license plate reader system installed on his patrol car. The system has allowed Callister to greatly increase his recovery of stolen vehicles and apprehend wanted subjects.
