New GPS Solutions for Public Safety Radio Networks

Brea , CA -- June 10, 2008: Pryme Radio Products, MRSI International Inc., and FATPOT Technologies are pleased to announce the successful completion of the integration and demonstration of a Public Safety grade GPS tracking solution overlaid on an existing multi-site, simulcast Public safety radio network. In conjunction with MRSI's worldwide strategic marketing initiative the aforementioned companies successfully formed a partnership to combine Pryme's patented GPS speaker microphone technology with Fatpot software solutions to deliver instant interoperability, total mobility across all barriers of data integration and communication. The Pryme GPS products were easily integrated by Fatpot in less than a day thanks to the set of application tools provided by Pryme. Additionally, in conjunction with their United States marketing plan and introduction into the Public Safety, MRSI has also introduced the new technology to the BDBOS - Federal Agency for Emergency Service Digital Radio Network in Germany. The task of the BDBOS is to set up, operate and ensure the operability of a digital voice and data communication system for the police forces of the Federation and the Länder, fire brigades and rescue services, the Federal Agency for Technical Relief, customs authorities and intelligence services. These combined technologies will add a new and significant layer of protection for public safety officials including police officers, firemen and emergency service personnel.
