Laser Technology, Inc. (LTI) and Howard Hall, the Chief of Roanoke County Police Department and also the Chair of the National Law Enforcement Challenge (NLEC) Subcommittee, will be co-hosting a webcast November 19, 2013 at 10 am (MDT) about the improvements and changes to the NLEC program.
The newly crafted vision of the challenge is to expand law enforcement involvement in traffic safety as a priority, reduce crashes and resulting injuries and deaths, detect and deter crime, create safer communities and improve quality of life in communities across the country.
With this new plan, the International Association of Chiefs of Police strive to boost participation, share best practices and create sustainability of these practices beyond the challenge. The National Law Enforcement Challenge Webcast will highlight these improvements in detail, as well as requirements, deadlines, awards, and other useful information.
In conjunction with registering for this webcast and submitting for the NLEC by May 2014, everyone who attends this webcast live will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win an LTI 20/20 TruCAM®. The TruCAM is a fully integrated laser speed device and digital video camera capable of capturing high resolution images of a violator’s license plate.
LTI is sponsoring this webcast in support of IACP’s commitment to traffic safety. For more information, please call 1.877.696.2584 or register now!
