Know someone who belongs among these ranks?

From the February 2012 Issue Tuesday, February 21, 2012

Law Officer’s Trainer of the Year award seeks to recognize superlative service in training, in the hopes that the winner’s example will serve to inspire others.

Past winners include Ed Nowicki, Travis Yates, Jeff Chudwin, Dave Spaulding and Brian Willis. If you know someone who belongs among these ranks, now’s the time to let us know.

This award is open to active law enforcement trainers.

A nomination must be submitted by someone who has direct knowledge of the nominee’s skills and abilities. The winner will be selected based on training ability, leadership, safety, interpersonal communication and long-term commitment. Service beyond assigned duties is noteworthy and will be strongly considered.
